1. You should carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. Your purchase or use of our products implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. No work (this includes development or design) will commence until payment has been received in full and reflects in our bank account, proof of payment will only be considered on a case-to-case basis.
3. We strive to deliver within the specified schedule and estimates given but delays may occur and you will be notified via email with a new delivery date should this be the case
4. Work will be delivered as per request on the order form, should you require additional changes you will need to notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Additional payment may be necessary depending on the scope of work required and you will be informed thereof. Any changes will be charged at our hourly rate and it is the clients responsibility to inform us of all aspects with regards to changes
5. Code Info Tech takes no responsibility for any loss, damages or any of a similar nature should a client sustain such complications from our services
6. No refunds will be provided should a client not be satisfied with what they have ordered
7. Code Info Tech retains full rights to reject and is under no obligation to make any changes wanted by the client after/before the work has been completed.
8. Code Info Tech retains full rights to use third party products and providers in order to complete an order and this will not be disclosed to the client
9. All text, info, images and content that is to display on the website must be provided in electronic format, we take no responsibility for spelling or grammar errors. The info provided will be added to the website as is. We will provide some basic formatting.
10. A client is free to make any changes to their website without consent from Code Info Tech
11. We do not guarantee any position for websites on search engines. Basic Meta tags, keywords, description and title will be entered onto the site should the time of delivery permit. Should a client purchase SEO we will still not guarantee a position.
12. These Terms and conditions are outside of the terms and conditions of the Templates. Please view below and ensure you understand everything said. Should anything be unclear please contact us and we will help you understand what is being said.

1. LICENSE

Our website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the web templates and other products sold through our web site by independent content providers (the "products") in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license") issued by our company.

a) LIMITED USAGE GRANTED
You may use each individual product on a single website only, belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase the same template once more in order to make another project with the same design.

b) IMAGERY, CLIPARTS AND FONTS
All imagery, clipart and fonts used in our templates are royalty-free and are the integral part of our products. Limited-usage License gives you the right to use images, clipart and fonts only as a part of the website you build using your template. You can use imagery, clipart and fonts to develop one project only. Any kind of separate usage or distribution is prohibited.

c) MODIFICATIONS
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes.

d) INSTALLATIONS
We do not install any of our products, which require this (osCommerce templates, Zen Cart templates, etc.). Installation is a paid service, which is not included in the package price. Should you require this you may order it separately or advise us thereof.

e) UNAUTHORIZED USE
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company.

f) ASSIGNABILITY
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from Code Info Tech.

g) OWNERSHIP
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of independent content providers. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

h) INFORMATION DISCLOSURE
You may not disclose any order information which includes but is not limited to Order ID, download link, etc.

1. OUR REFUND POLICY

Since Code Info Tech is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped or downloaded, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any article at our site. Please make sure that you've carefully read 'sources available' section. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case-by-case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is 24 hours after the delivery date. The refund is issued to you after we receive a Waiver of Copyright signed by you. This is a required condition.

1. ANTIFRAUD CHECK

Customer purchase can be suspended for manual antifraud check for 10-20 hours as well as it can be suspended for longer term (around 48 hours) for more serious investigation. Antifraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.

Code Info Tech may use third parties to provide certain services accessible through the Web Site. Code Info Tech does not control those third parties or their services, and you agree that our company will not be liable to you in any way for your use of such services. These third parties may have their own terms of use and other policies. You must comply with such terms and policies as well as these TOS when you use these services. If any such terms or policies conflict with Code Info Tech's TOS, agreements or policies, you must comply with Code Info Tech's TOS, agreements or policies, as applicable.
Our company reserves the right to change or modify current Terms with no prior notice.
